HSAD Offers Free Meeting Space for Non-profits and Small Groups

The City of Hendersonville has granted approval for HSAD to offer the 30-seat Historic Depot Meeting Room as a no-fee meeting space to smaller organizations that would otherwise have to rent spaces for their meetings. Such organizations would be serving either a public interest or performing a quasi-governmental purpose.

The Meeting Room within the north end of the Historic Depot at Maple Street and 7th Avenue East may be reserved at no fee for uses by non-profit organizations and City government organizations. City government organizations will always be "first-priority" users.

Other groups serving public purposes such as HSAD, neighborhood watch, neighborhood associations, interest groups (e.g., arts & crafts associations, service clubs, etc.), and special ad hoc committees of either City or other local governments may use the Meeting Room for meeting or gathering.

Please contact HSAD for a copy of the guidelines.
