HSAD Offers Free Meeting Space for Non-profits and Small Groups The City of Hendersonville has granted approval for HSAD to offer the 30-seat Historic Depot Meeting Room as a no-fee meeting space to smaller organizations that would otherwise have to rent spaces for their meetings. Such organizations would be serving either a public interest or performing a quasi-governmental purpose. The Meeting Room within the north end of the Historic Depot at Maple Street and 7th Avenue East may be reserved at no fee for uses by non-profit organizations and City government organizations. City government organizations will always be “first-priority” users. Other groups serving public purposes such as HSAD, neighborhood watch, neighborhood associations, interest groups (e.g., arts & crafts associations, service clubs, etc.), and special ad hoc committees of either City or other local governments may use the Meeting Room for meeting or gathering. Please contact HSAD by any of the means below for a copy of the guidelines. Up-Coming Meeting Dates For a printable schedule of these meetings from now through June 2010, click here. |
